Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ae444" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ae444 online betting and gaming service accessible at ae444.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on ae444.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ae444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the ae444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ae444 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

ae444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and/or withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use ae444, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered ae444 account. ae444 employs technical measures including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and real money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ae444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ae444 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ae444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using mobile banking methods such as bKash or Nagad. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24 hours. ae444 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional security checks where unusual account activity is detected.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Restriction

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ae444 does not allow withdrawal to a different account or method than the one used for the deposit, except in cases where the original method is no longer active, subject to additional verification.

5.5 Currency

All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and wagers on ae444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ae444 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees charged by a player's own bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account without compensation.

ae444 actively monitors accounts for patterns that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts to exploit a promotion, and repeated bonus claiming across duplicate accounts. ae444 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ae444 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ae444 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ae444 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ae444 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ae444, or assisting another person to register an account in your name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion provides an unfair advantage, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Using the ae444 platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error to gain an unfair financial advantage. Discovered errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or disputed transactions through your payment provider after the relevant funds have been used for wagering.
• Accessing ae444 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ae444 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the ae444 brand name and logo, is the exclusive intellectual property of ae444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ae444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
